1) Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to paid MTTHAI services paid through channels specified by MTTHAI, such as bank transfer, QR Code payment, or upload of proof of payment for team verification.
This Policy does not apply to transactions or agreements made directly between users and third parties, such as job posters, job applicants, employers, external service providers, or other platforms.
2) Payment Method
- MTTHAI may accept payment by bank transfer or QR Code through channels specified by MTTHAI.
- Users may be required to upload proof of payment, such as a transfer slip or relevant image, for verification.
- MTTHAI does not automatically charge users’ cards or bank accounts unless clearly stated in writing.
- Users should carefully review package details, price, duration, and service conditions before making payment.
3) Service Activation After Payment
Paid services become active after MTTHAI verifies and approves the payment proof, such as activating an urgent job post, monthly/annual package rights, or starting advertising/promotional work as agreed.
4) Cases Where Refunds May Be Considered
MTTHAI may consider a full or partial refund where appropriate in the following cases:
- Payment has been made, but the service has not yet been approved, activated, or started, and the user requests cancellation before service begins.
- The user accidentally made duplicate payment and can provide verifiable payment evidence.
- The user paid more than the required amount and the evidence is clear.
- MTTHAI is unable to provide the paid service due to a system issue or limitation caused by MTTHAI.
- A system error caused an incorrect payment record or incorrect charge information.
5) Non-Refundable Cases
In general, MTTHAI reserves the right not to provide refunds in the following cases:
- The service has already been approved, activated, published, or delivered.
- The user changes their mind after the service has started.
- The user entered incorrect information, such as job details, contact channels, or organization information.
- The user fails to provide necessary information within a reasonable period.
- A job post, article, or content is suspended or removed due to violation of the Terms of Service, law, or third-party rights.
- The outcome does not meet expectations, such as no applicants, no contact from users, or no employment result.
- The issue is caused by the user’s device, internet connection, browser, or settings.
6) Job Post Conditions

| Free job post | No payment is collected, so no refund applies. |
| Urgent job post / paid single job post | A refund may be considered if the post has not yet been approved or published. Once approved or published, it is generally non-refundable. |
| Boosted job post | A refund may be considered if the boost has not yet been processed. Once the boost has been applied or the post has received the benefit of the boost, it is generally non-refundable. |
7) Monthly/Annual Package Conditions
- Monthly or annual packages begin after MTTHAI approves payment and activates the package.
- If cancellation is requested before the package becomes active, a refund may be considered.
- Once the package is active or the user has used any package benefit, refunds are generally not available.
- Package purchase does not guarantee applicants, views, contacts, or business results.
- An annual package means usage rights for the specified period; it does not mean each individual job post remains active for the entire year unless clearly stated in the package details.
8) Advertising/Promotional Service Conditions
- Advertising/promotional services may include posts, banners, articles, or other agreed formats.
- If work has not started and media space has not been reserved, a refund may be considered.
- If MTTHAI has already started work, such as preparing content, design, review, or reserving publication time, actual costs may be deducted.
- Once the advertisement or promotional material has been published, it is generally non-refundable.
- MTTHAI reserves the right to reject or suspend inappropriate, unlawful, or unsuitable advertising content.
9) Incorrect Payment or Incorrect Proof of Payment
If you transferred an incorrect amount, made a duplicate payment, or uploaded incorrect proof of payment, please contact MTTHAI as soon as possible with necessary information such as account name, email, selected package, payment date/time, payment amount, and correct proof of payment.
MTTHAI will review the evidence and may request additional information before processing a refund or payment adjustment.
10) How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact MTTHAI and provide the following information:
- Contact name or account username
- Email or phone number
- Paid service or package type
- Payment date and time
- Payment amount
- Proof of payment
- Reason for refund or cancellation request
- Refund receiving account information, if required
11) Review and Refund Processing Time
- MTTHAI will review refund requests based on the information and evidence provided.
- Review time may vary depending on completeness of information and payment channel.
- If approved, the refund will be processed through an appropriate channel, such as bank transfer to the account provided by the user.
- Bank fees, system fees, or actual costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
12) Misuse, Fraud, or Policy Violation
If a user engages in fraud, uses fake payment proof, impersonates another person, violates the law, infringes third-party rights, or breaches the Terms of Service, MTTHAI reserves the right to suspend services, remove accounts or posts, and refuse refunds.
13) Changes to This Policy
MTTHAI may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in services, pricing, packages, or related requirements. The latest update date will be shown at the top of this page.
